What is the most common payment method for reservations booked via withyoutrip?
Most of the reservations are paid directly to the hotel upon check-in. During peak season the hotel will ask for a one night s room rate or full room rate as deposit to secure the reservation.
For making payment ,usually we have the following methods.
1,Offer guarantee by credit card (only guarantee, no charge), pay all room charge in front desk.
2, Pay the first night?s room charge, and pay the rest of room charge in the front desk.
3,By credit card(need fill CERTIFICATE Form)
4,By telegraphic transfer(T/T)
Note: Reservations for Hong Kong hotels will often be asked to pay in advance.
When will I be asked to give out credit card info?
a. For peak season reservations.
b. For late check-ins after 18:00 (6:00pm).
c. By special request of the hotel.
