Environment can also be, The breakfast is too difficult to eat , like the litter, which were all cold. And I mentioned many times, and always have made no improvement. so I recommends guests do not eat breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. There is a complimentary shuttle serviceduring the canton between the hotel and the complexs. The hotel has one of the grandest reception area in the world. The standard rooms are of good quality, free wi fi, flat screen tvs, clean and spacious rooms. You can pay a little more and upgrade to the suite which is to die for.
Good buffet breakfast. I have tried all the restaurants in the hotel and are of good quality. There is a revolving buffet restaurant which comes with a price tag of approx US$60 but its worth it. Just remember this is the best buffet in GZ.

I booked a business suite in the main (east) building. Lovely room but really annoying noise from building works in the hotel. This was not notified at the time of booking, between booking and arrival, or on arrival. First indication was a notice on the accomodation floor. This was either sloppy, or underhand, or both. It's a common problem in China - either something new is being built next door, or the hotel is being renovated. Had to ask to be moved because of building noise. Only available room was a standard double, in the annex (a block away). Cheaper, but because I'd already paid via Expedia, no refunds given.
