Hi, there. i am English business man. I have business in China so I went to the Canton fair every other season. I usually asked my assistant to deal with the acommadation . I happened to booked a hotel named Guangdong Olimpic Hotel myself last september. The agency told me it was a four star hotel. Bur When i Arrived at the hotel showed by the tuor guy. It was obvious that the hotel was three-star level. I felt tricked, the envionment was not bad though. I called the agency, thay told me it was the hotel who gave the wrong information.I think the hotel should give the correct information to the agency.

I had happy time in China last year. Thanks for the staff of the Guangdong Olimpic Hotel. If i was not for their help i could not finish my business with my husband so smoothly. We lost our credit car on our way to Guangzhou from beijing. When we were almost peniless when arrived at the hotel. I was totally desperated , but my husband insited we should try. It turned out to be surprising that the hotel let us stay in our preverved room without any procedure~! What's more , the manager helped us in handling the trouble in the following days until we got in touch with our sponsor in China.
