The room is cozy and clean and big enough. I like the restaurant and the food is delicious. But sometimes it's difficult to get help. These things happen during Canton Fair.

During my last business trip to Guangzhou, I stayed at Guangzhou Grand International for 1 night.I had made a reservation previously for a Twin-Room and a Single Room.
When we got there, I was informed by the hotel staff at the reception that they ran out of Twin-Room and in fact got me upgraded to a Junior Suite!
It was a very clean, nice and comfortable with a huge toilet that was really clean.
The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the location. It's located at Tianhe Bei vicinity which wasn't that close to the shopping area. But OK for me on a business trip.
