Car rental notice
- Procedures: Rental rate enquiry by telephone or e-mail----Establish the car rental contract ---- Get the schedule of your trip----Settle the rental rate (Half of the rental rate is charged by the chauffeur before hitting the road, then settle the payment with our chauffeur after finishing the trip .For the big amount of car rental or for special ceremonies, 30% of the car rental rate is subject to prepay.).
- Invoice is exclusive in the quoted rate. The invoice is subject to 8% tax surcharge. Provided with Hotel invoice, taxi invoice or dining invoice if the rental rate sum is more than RMB 1000.
- If accommodation of the chauffeur is required on the trip, the expense is on the clients. Or the client can pay RMB 150/night and RMB15/meal or RMB 200/night and RMB 20/meal accordingly to the chauffeur for his own favor.
